Rick Scott Attacks Barack Obama and Bill McCollum on Immigration

Health care executive Rick Scott, running ahead of Attorney General Bill McCollum in the polls in the battle for the Republican gubernatorial nomination, took aim at his primary rival and President Barack Obama on Tuesday in comments on the federal government suing Arizona for its new, tougher immigration laws.

Reaffirming last weeks immigration address, President Obama proves yet again that he is not serious about dealing with the problem of illegal immigration, said Scott. He would rather punish law-abiding citizens for enforcing the law than deal with the illegal immigrants who are breaking the law.
