Rick Scott ‘Optimistic’ Supreme Court will Reject Obamacare

Gov. Rick Scott tells The Hill he is optimistic the U.S. Supreme Court will declare the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, unconstitutional.

But he added that if the court fails to make such a ruling, and the federal government doesnt repeal the law, Florida will comply.

"Every government program in the world rations care," the Hill reports Scott saying. "This is going to be an unbelievable rationing of care."
