Rick Perry Slams Obama, Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney in New Ad

Texas Gov. Rick Perry takes off the gloves to rip into President Barack Obama and two of his opponents -- former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney -- in a new television commercial.

Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, and President Obama all support government health-care mandates," said Ray Sullivan, Perrys communications director. "Governor Perry opposes government-mandated health coverage and is firmly committed to repealing the job-killing Obamacare to protect families and job creators from the burden it imposes on them. As someone who has never served in Washington or been an establishment favorite, Rick Perry is the candidate who can bring true change to Washington, D.C., starting with repealing Obama's government takeover of our health-care system."

"We don't want government-mandated health care," the narrator says in the Perry ad. "Yet Newt Gingrich supports it. And Mitt Romney? He put it into law in Massachusetts. Worse, Barack Obama forced it on the entire nation. Rick Perry: he'll repeal it, starting day one."

"I won't let the big-government liberals ruin this country," Perry says in the ad. "I'm Rick Perry, I'm an outsider who will repeal Obamacare and I approved this message."
