Richard DeNapoli Gets Endorsements from Ray Pilon and George Moraitis

Richard DeNapoli, who announced on Monday his intention to run for the House District 74 seat, has received endorsements from two GOP state representatives. Rep. Ray Pilon, R-Sarasota, and Rep. George Moraitis, R-Fort Lauderdale, both tipped their hats and are showing their support for DeNapoli.

"Richard DeNapolis experience in retirement security, financial planning, and Florida law make him well-suited to protect Floridas seniors and their issues in Tallahassee. Hed make a great partner to work with in Tallahassee when it comes to protecting Sarasota County and its citizens, Rep. Pilon said.

Rep. Moraitis also had high praise for DeNapoli, who is an attorney, Realtor, mortgage broker and notary.

Richard DeNapoli is a true conservative who Sarasota residents can count on to keep Florida on the road to economic prosperity. Hes an intelligent, common-sense conservative who wont back down from his principles, said Moraitis.

DeNapoli became treasurer of the Broward Republican Party in 2010 and was elected chair in December 2012. He has ties to Florida and New York, where he attended law school at Fordham University.He is also a skilled GOP fundraiser and was lauded by conservatives for his organizational success in the second-largest county in the Sunshine State.

DeNapoli will face off against fellow Republican Julio Gonzalez, a physician, for the District 74 seat which covers most of Sarasota County.
