Republican Party Asks for Dismissal of Greer's Severance Lawsuit

The Republican Party of Florida will seek to have former chairman Jim Greers lawsuit thrown out Thursday, the Orlando Sentinel is reporting.

Greer contends the party cheated him out of a $123,000 severance package when he was ousted from office last year.
