Rebecca Negron Showcases Conservative Credentials in New TV Spot

Running in the crowded Republican primary to replace U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy, D-Fla., Mart in County School Board Member Rebecca Negron released a new TV ad on Thursday. 

In the ad, Negron stresses her conservatism, including opposition to Common Core and President Barack Obama’s health-care law.

“Washington is out of touch, and I think it is high-time that we send Washington a message,” said Negron. “I’ve been working in the Treasure Coast community for 40 years, supporting churches and helping to protect the Lagoon. Far too often, it is Washington politicians that stand in the way of progress. With the help of my friends on the Treasure Coast on Election Day we’ll send Washington a message that federal overreach is about to come to an end.”
