Poll: Obama Approval Hits New Low
Health-care legislation and a continued sluggish economy are contributing to President Barack Obama's diminishing approval levels.
In a new POLITICO/George Washington University Battleground Poll, 44 percent said they will vote to oust the president in 2012, and 13 percent said they will consider voting for someone else.
When it comes to creating jobs, 51 percent of those polled say the GOP in Congress will handle it better, where 40 percent say President Obama will.
From Politico:
A significant majority of Americans are considering voting against President Obama in the 2012 election, expressing deep skepticism about his ability to create jobs and grow the sluggish economy, according to the latest POLITICO/George Washington University Battleground Poll.
