Patrick Murphy Hits Alan Grayson in New Web Video

In the Democratic primary to replace U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., in the Senate, U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy, D-Fla., released a Web video hitting U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, D-Fla., on Wednesday. 

In the new video, Murphy hits Grayson for contradicting himself on the importance of home ownership. 

"Home ownership is in fact the American dream,” Grayson said at the Florida Realtors Conference back in August. “There's no other way to put it!"

At the Democratic Women's Caucus of Florida in September, Grayson said, "The American dream is not the ability to buy a home. Despite what the National Association of Realtors may want you to think."
