NFIB Backs Mike Weinstein Over Aaron Bean in State Senate Race

On Thursday, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) announced that it is backing Rep. Mike Weinstein, R-Jacksonville, in his battle against former Rep. Aaron Bean in the Republican primary for an open Florida Senate seat representing parts of the First Coast.

Mike has demonstrated genuine commitment to small-business issues and fighting job-killing government intrusion; he is the only candidate in the district devoted to supporting small business in the Florida Senate, said Bill Herrle, the state executive director of the NFIB. Mikes priorities align with those of the small-business community, and he will be an effective ally to our members in the fight to create jobs and improve the economy.
