Narcotics Officers Group Backs Pam Bondi for AG
Republican attorney general candidate Pam Bondi announced on Friday she was being backed by the Florida Narcotics Officers Association which has more than 700 members.
"In her 18 years of experience as a state prosecutor, Pam Bondi has proved she has what it takes to protect our state, our children and our families by prosecuting drug traffickers, gang crimes, and other terrible crimes," said Lisa Croissant from the association. "Her tough-on-crime record and her commitment to protect victims is commendable, and we are confident she is the best choice for Florida's next attorney general."
"As a career prosecutor, Ive put drug dealers and drug traffickers behind bars, and I've seen the devastating effects illegal drugs can have on our communities," said Bondi. "As attorney general, fighting drug-related crimes, including any gang-related offenses, will be a top priority and Im honored to have the support of the Florida Narcotics Officers."
