Looking for more proof that U.S. Rep. Kendrick Meek, the Democratic nominee in the U.S. Senate race, is not pulling out of the contest to back Gov. Charlie Crist who is running without party affiliation? Look no further than the radio spot that the Meek campaign launched on Monday featuring the endorsement of President Barack Obama. This should put the lid on speculation that Meek intends to bow out of the race -- the candidate clearly hopes to stick around till the bitter end (and unless he does something quick, with most polls showing him in third place, the end could be pretty bitter for Meek).
