Mitt Romney has Solid Lead Over Rick Santorum in ARG Ohio Poll

An American Research Group (ARG) poll looking at the Ohio Republican presidential primary shows Mitt Romney with a solid lead over Rick Santorum in the Buckeye State -- unlike two other polls released on Monday that show a closer contest.

The ARG poll of likely voters has Romney out front with 35 percent followed by Santorum with 28 percent. Newt Gingrich takes third with 18 percent followed by Ron Paul with 13 percent, while 1 percent back other candidates and 5 percent remain undecided.

The poll of 600 likely Ohio Republican primary voters was taken from March 3-4 and had a margin of error of +/- 4 percent.
