Mitt Romney Ahead of Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich in New Hampshire

A Bloomberg News poll released on Wednesday finds former Massachussetts Gov. Mitt Romney routing other hopefuls for the Republican presidential nomination in New Hampshire.

Romney takes 40 percent of the likely voters surveyed, with U.S. Rep. Ron Paul of Texas in second with 17 percent. Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich stands in third with 11 percent. Businessman Herman Cain takes fourth with 8 percent followed by former Gov. Jon Huntsman of Utah with 7 percent. Gov. Rick Perry of Texas garners 3 percent followed by U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota with 2 percent and former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania with 1 percent.

The survey of 504 likely New Hampshire Republican primary voters was taken Nov. 10-12 and had a margin of error of +/- 4.4 percent.
