
Mike Pence Heads to Florida, Will Headline Miami-Dade GOP Lincoln Day Dinner
Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence will be heading to Florida later this week.
On Friday, the Indiana Gov. will travel to Pensacola for a rally at Palafox Wharf. Later that day, Pence will join the Miami-Dade GOP for their annual Lincoln Day Dinner at the DoubleTree Hotel in Miami. On Saturday, he will speak at the Republican Party of Florida's Victory Dinner in Tampa.
Pence was added to the roster of speakers for the Miami dinner Wednesday. This will be his first appearance in South Florida.
Also slated to speak at the RPOF dinner in Tampa is U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, who is currently running for reelection against U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy, D-Fla.
The Victory Dinner will be held at the Hilton in Downtown Tampa.
