Mike Huckabee Rips Obama's Iran Deal, Compares Netanyahu to Churchill

Republican presidential hopeful former Gov. Mike Huckabee of Arkansas met Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem on Wednesday to talk about security and agreeing that President Barack Obama’s deal with Iran over its nuclear program would be a disaster for both Israel and the U.S.

"It was great to visit with my friend Benjamin Netanyahu and so many other Israeli friends this week,” Huckabee said on Wednesday. “I have known the prime minister for about 20 years and feel he is the Churchill in a world of Chamberlains.

"Most people I've met in Israel ask the same thing, 'Why does Obama trust Iran and its evil Ayatollahs?"  It makes no sense for the international community to inject $150 billion into Iran when we should be punishing these murderers by tightening the noose with suffocating sanctions,” Huckabee added.

"This toothless, embarrassing deal poses a direct threat to Israel, will trigger a nuclear arms race across the Middle East, and unleash a new wave of deadly Iranian-backed terrorism throughout the world,” Huckabee said in conclusion. “Their ultimate target by their own admission is the United States.  It must be stopped."
