Medical Marijuana Proposal Draws Pam Bondi's Opposition

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi filed a response with the state Supreme Court against a proposed constitutional amendment legalizing medical marijuana in the Sunshine State.Trial attorney John Morgan has been leading the charge for the proposed amendment. If Morgans petitions make the ballot, 60 percent of voters will have to approve the amendment for it to be law.
In her petition, Bondi argued Morgans summary and petitions were misleading" and would put Florida in conflict with federal law. Bondi's petition can be read here.
