Medical Marijuana Petition Contest Sends Winner to Florida Supreme Court Hearing

Want to see medical marijuana duked out in the Florida Supreme Court this week? All you have to do is collect the most petitions to get medical marijuana on the ballot for next year.

United For Care, a campaign run by People United for Medical Marijuana, held a contest to see who could gather the most petitions to get the constitutional amendment for medical marijuana on the ballot in November 2014.

The winner of the contest will be handsomely rewarded with "airfare, lodging, and access to the most important Supreme Court battle in Florida in many years" according to United For Care's
