Marco Rubio to Speak at CPAC Florida Meeting

On Monday, the American Conservative Union (ACU) revealed that U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio would be speaking to the Conservative Political Action Conference Florida (CPAC FL) meeting in Orlando on Friday, Sept. 23.

A rising star in the U.S. Senate, Marco Rubios tremendous victory in 2010 was a powerful symbol of the surging conservative movement in America. said ACU Chairman Al Cardenas, a former chairman of the Republican Party of Florida. Senator Rubio has been a great friend of the American Conservative Union, and we look forward to joining him in his home state for CPAC FL this September.

Two of the Republican presidential candidates -- former Gov. Mitt Romney and former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum -- will also be speaking at the event.
