Marco Rubio: Obama 'Doesn't Believe in Free Enterprise'
While his chances of ending up as Mitt Romneys running mate continue to dim, Marco Rubio continues to take a high-profile role in praising the presumptive Republican presidential candidate and taking aim at President Barack Obama.
Rubio appeared on Kilmeade and Friends on Fox News Radio on Thursday and ripped into Obama on economic issues.
The choice in this election is the clearest one that Ive seen in my lifetime and that is between the president who doesnt believe in free enterprise and doesnt understand it and Mitt Romney who does believe in free enterprise and does understand it, Rubio said. And thats an important choice, because free enterprise makes people prosperous, all people prosperous, and big government makes people poorer and thats been the history of the world; thats been the history here in America. We have a very important choice to make and that is do we want to stay on this road we are on now, a road that hasnt worked, or do we want to go back and re-embrace free enterprise.
