Marco Rubio and Charlie Crist Squabble Over Sarah Palin

Gov. Charlie Crist, who is running for the U.S. Senate with no party affiliation, is attacking Republican rival Marco Rubio, the front-runner in the race, for campaigning with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on Saturday -- prompting the Rubio team to hit back.

No candidate in the Florida Senate race has campaigned with Sarah Palin more than Charlie Crist, so its especially laughable for him to be attacking anyone as a Sarah Palin fellow. The governor may be trying to rewrite his positions but he cant erase his record, said Alex Burgos, a spokesman for Rubio. Just two years ago, Crist was proud to be campaigning as a Republican with Sarah Palin. With each passing day, Floridians are seeing through Crists desperate attempts to say and do anything just to win political office.
