Lou Barletta Endorses Rick Kozell for Congress

Running to replace U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy, D-Fla., in Congress, Republican hopeful Rick Kozell announced U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, R-Penn., was supporting his bid. Murphy is running for the U.S. Senate.
