Lenny Curry Slams Kathleen Sebelius over Obamacare 'Fallout Tour'

Over the last few weeks, the Republican Party of Florida has been hitting Democrats hard over Barack Obama's troubled health care law. On Friday, RPOF Chairman Lenny Curry slammed Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for her trip to Miami for what the Miami Herald referred to as "the ongoing health care law fallout tour."

"For the third time in four months, Secretary Sebelius is in Miami to continue the Obamacare crisis management campaign, hoping to salvage this failed law in order to help its most vocal supporters like Charlie Crist," said Curry. "Unfortunately, Floridians have been and will continue to experience sticker shock due to higher premiums and deductibles. Charlie Crist claims he's 'for the people,' but his position as Florida's Obamacare defender-in-chief of Obamacare shows that he's for failed liberal, big-government policies."

According to the Herald,Miami-Dade County has the highest number of uninsured residents in Florida, which is the state with the second-highestnumberof uninsured residents in the nation.
