Latin Builders Assoc. Backs Pam Bondi for AG

On Wednesday morning, Republican attorney general candidate Pam Bondi was endorsed by the Latin Builders Association, the largest Hispanic group in their industry in the nation, citing her commitment to economic growth and consumer protection.

"Our state needs an attorney general who will protect consumers and small-business owners from fraud and who will encourage businesses to come to Florida and bring new jobs and growth with them," said Noelia E. Moreno, president of the group. "Pam Bondi's qualifications, commitment to public service, and tough-on-crime approach make her the best candidate to be Florida's next attorney general."

"Our state needs strong leadership right now, and as a career prosecutor for nearly two decades, I have the experience, legal training and determination necessary to help lead our state in the right direction," said Bondi. "As attorney general, I am honored to have the support of the Latin Builders Association, and I look forward to representing them and the rest of Florida's consumers as the state's chief legal officer.
