Ken Connor's Group Enfolded Into John Jay Institute

Conservative leader Ken Connor, former head of the Family Research Council and a candidate in the Republican gubernatorial primary back in 1994, announced on Friday that the Center for a Just Society, which he has led in recent years, will be enfolded into the John Jay Institute, a religious and social conservative group.

The Center for a Just Society has effectively advanced ideals of life, human dignity, and justice in principled public discourse since 2005, Connor and Alan Crippen, the president of the John Jay Institute, announced on Friday. We are excited to announce its next stage of growth and advancement. The John Jay Institute has received and enfolded the Center for a Just Society into its organization and operations. This means that the Center for a Just Society has now become the main idea and issue advocacy arm of the John Jay Institute. In this capacity the center serves as the John Jay Institute's primary thought and communications center for advancing the ideals and principles of life, human dignity and justice in the public square.

Connor will continued to play a prominent role, with the title of distinguished fellow for law and human dignity.
