Kelli Stargel Punches the Ticket for Blaise Ingoglia

Conservative activist Blaise Ingoglia, the vice chairman of the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF), continues to round up the endorsements of prominent Republicans as he runs for an open seat in the Florida House. On Monday, Sen. Kelli Stargel, R-Lakeland, said she was backing Ingoglia for the House seat which is currently held by Rep. Rob Schenck, R-Spring Hill, who faces term limits in 2014.

"Blaise Ingoglia shares my strong commitment to strengthening Floridas education system. Floridas children deserve nothing less than the opportunity to realize their full potential," Stargel said in a statement. "Because of this commitment to Floridas children, and because of Blaises strong belief in fiscal responsibility, Blaise Ingoglia has my strong endorsement and my support, for state House in District 35."

Kelli Stargel has always been a leader, first in the Florida House, and now in the Florida Senate, Ingoglia said. Her passion on the issues is surpassed only by her work ethic. The Sunshine State is a better place because of her leadership. I am humbled and honored to have her support.

Stargel becomes the third Florida senator to back Ingoglias campaign. Ingoglia has already been backed by Sen. John Legg, R-Lutz, and Sen. Wilton Simpson, R-New Port Richey.
