John Thrasher Vows GOP Will Compare Alex Sink to Obama

Sen. John Thrasher of Jacksonville, the chairman of the Republican Party of Florida, weighed in on Republican gubernatorial candidate Rick Scotts new commercial linking Democratic rival state CFO Alex Sink to the Obama administration. Thrasher blew off Sinks objections that Scott needs to focus on national issues.

Whats unfortunate for Alex Sink is that despite her disingenuous claim that shes a moderate and her endless attempts to distance herself from Barack Obama and the Democrat Party, Alex Sink just cant hide her support for a government takeover of our health care system that will cut $500 billion from Medicare, or the fact that she backed a failed stimulus bill that has done nothing to create jobs, said Thrasher. As we move closer to the November election, the RPOF will continue to join the Scott campaign in highlighting Alex Sinks disturbing ties to the liberal, left-wing agenda of President Barack Obama.
