John Morgan: My Son Wants to Run for Attorney General

If Floridians thought John Morgan had enough on his plate with a medical marijuana petition and Charlie Crist's gubernatorial campaign, they could be very, very wrong, as the uber lawyer announced Tuesday that his son, Mike Morgan, is considering running for attorney general.

In a tweet, John Morgan said: "My son @MikeMorganESQ is thinking of running for FL Attorney General. What do you think?"

Morgan's tweet was met with some supportive responses, while others bashed the younger Morgan, saying: "Nothing says 'person of the common man' than Democrat lawyers with 'ESQ' in their twitter handle."

If true, Morgan would face off against Pam Bondi in the race. Mike Morgan received his law degree from the University of Florida in 2008.
