Jesse Jackson Draws Fire From Steve Crisafulli

Florida Republicans continue to demand Jesse Jackson apologize for calling Florida an apartheid state. On Thursday, new Florida House Majority Leader Steve Crisafulli, R-Merritt Island, demanded Jackson apologize. Crisafulli is expected to become House speaker after the 2014 elections.

Jesse Jackson owes every Floridian an apology, Crisafulli said. While Jackson swooped in to divide the people of Florida, Governor Scott has been working to unite every Floridian. Its sad that Democrats refuse to denounce his remarks given his history of highly offensive comments.
