Jennifer Carroll to Attend Two Job Announcements Tuesday

Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll and officials with Enterprise Florida will be on hand for economic development announcements in Gainesville and Northern Palm Beach County on Tuesday.

At 8 a.m., Project Arbor, expected to be IT-related, will be announced at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center in Gainesville.

The second announcement, under the title Project Ostrich, will be held on the United Technologies Sikorsky Aircraft and Flight Operations facility west of Jupiter in Northern Palm Beach County at 2:30 p.m.

No other information about either project was immediately available.

Projects are typically listed under such names to allow officials to discuss the work in public without having to reveal the name of the companyas negotiations are underway.

Both events are listed in a release from the governors office as jobs announcements.
