Jeff Kottkamp Announces 2nd Quarter Financial Figures for AG Bid
Lt. Gov. Jeff Kottkamp announced on Friday that his campaign for the Republican attorney general nomination brought in more than $214,000 in the second quarter of 2010 -- with more than $150,000 of that in cash while the rest was through in-kind donations.
The Kottkamp team revealed that, as they aretaking part in the state campaign finance program, this means they will have gathered more than $1.1 million total. Kottkamps rivals, Pam Bondi -- who appears to have outraised the other two candidates in the second quarter -- and Holly Benson, are also taking part in the campaign finance program.
With only one month to go before the Aug. 24 Republican primary, and many primary voters already casting votes, the campaign is surging to the finish line, said Kottkamp. Im thankful to Floridians who have contributed to my campaign, and because of their support well be able to communicate effectively with Republican voters all across the state."
