Jeff Greene Looking Impressive in Debate

Who is the experienced politician here? The second question was to Jeff Greene, asking him about his role in making money on credit defaults. Greene used the question to offer his own biography -- a self-made man as opposed to his foe Kendrick Meek who inherited his congressional seat from his mother. Greene took exception to Meeks take that Greenes investing in credit defaults was putting money against Floridians. My investments were against the biggest banks on Wall Street, said Greene.

Invoking quotes from Warren Buffet a number of times and bringing up books, again a number of times, on Greene's finance career, Meek said that Greene had profited off the economic woes of Floridians.

You made millions of dollars on the backs of Floridians, said Meek. You want to be the U.S. senator because your wallet says so.

Greene said Congress -- and Meek -- was to blame for the housing crisis and taunted Meek, even wondering if the congressman knew what a credit default was. While the moderator wanted to move on to the next question, Meek begged for more time.

Who is the rookie here? Meek is coming off as a robot who repeats himself. Considering this is his first debate, Greene has looked sharp so far and has made the most of his opportunities.
