House Intelligence Committee Includes 4 Reps. From Florida

Four members of the Florida congressional delegation -- Republican U.S. Reps. Jeff Miller, Tom Rooney and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Democrat U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy -- were named to the U.S. House Intelligence Committee this week.

Im proud and deeply honored to have been selected by Speaker Boehner to serve on the House Intelligence Committee, Ros-Lehtinen said on Wednesday. Our nation should have nothing but the best intelligence gathering capabilities and processes to determine actionable threats. I will work tirelessly on the committee so that we help ensure that we do our utmost to keep our country safe.
