Henry Lim Challenges Mike Miller for Florida House Seat in Orlando

Attorney Henry Lim is running against Rep. Mike Miller, R-Orlando, in a swing Florida House district. 

"The heart of Orlando falls in District 47," Lim said on Wednesday. "Our residents deserve fresh leadership who will take the concerns and convictions of our community to Tallahassee and not fall into traps of special interests or establishment forces in 2016 and beyond.

"We've seen the heartless, careless inaction by those entrusted to represent us in Tallahassee, abandoning their responsibilities to the very people who employed them," Lim aded. "If your heart is not with the people, this is not the job for you."

Lim chairs Orlando's Citizen's Review Board and is the incoming president of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida.

"As a husband, father, small business owner, and community servant, I've put my heart and passion into making Orlando a better place for us all, using common sense to find common ground,” Lim vowed on Wednesday. “I'll do the same in Tallahassee."
