Gus Bilirakis Wants to 'Repeal and Replace' Obama's Health Care Law

Responding to the Obama administrations decision to delay enacting the employer mandate in the federal health care to 2015, U.S. Rep. Gus Bilirakis, R-Fla., insisted this showed the law simply did not work.

"The administration's announcement today that it would delay implementation of Obamacare's employer mandate demonstrates that even the law's authors are realizing it is both unworkable and bad policy for Americans, Bilirakis, a member of the House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee, said in a statement on Wednesday. I continue to oppose the new health care law and will work with my colleagues to find ways to repeal and replace it with common-sense reforms that truly address the challenges of our nation's health care system."
