Gary Johnson in Florida for Libertarian Party Fundraisers, Debate
Gary Johnson and other presidential hopefuls will participate in a Libertarian Party debate Saturday afternoon in Orlando.
Johnson, the former New Mexico governor, who dropped his bid for the Republican nomination last month, will be joined on the debate stage by party activist Lee Wrights, Kiowa Nation member and Afghan war veteran R.J. Harris, author and documentary filmmaker Bill Still, former Texas Libertarian Party chair Roger Gary, entrepreneur Leroy Saunders and Carl Person.
The presidential debate, held as part of the Libertarian Party of Florida convention at the Embassy Suites, will be open to the public.
In the run-up to the weekend convention, Johnson will appear at party fundraisers in Fort Lauderdale on Wednesday and Palm Beach on Thursday.
