Gary Bauer Weighs in on Alan Grayson and TEA Party

Gary Bauer, best known for leading the Family Research Council and running for the Republican presidential nomination back in 2000, took aim at the Florida TEA Party on Monday. In an e-mail to supporters, Bauer made it clear he thinks the third party, which is running conservative activist Peg Dunmire for the seat held by Democratic U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, is being backed by the Democrats --a belief held by many Florida Republicans.

In Florida, Obama socialist Alan Grayson, who is fighting for his political life, was scheduled to give a deposition in a defamation lawsuit involving a fake TEA Party campaign and the real tea party organization, wrote Bauer. His deposition was cancelled when the fake TEA Party activist, who has been coordinating with Grayson, dropped his lawsuit. Grayson didnt want the ruse to be further exposed in court, so he pulled the strings of his puppet candidate to make the lawsuit go away.

Dont let your friends fall for it, continued Bauer, whose Campaign for Working Families PAC is backing former House Speaker Dan Webster, the Republican candidate in the race. If anyone you know is tempted to vote for a third-party candidate, tell them that even the liberal New York Times admits these candidates are being used by the Democrats to divide the conservative vote and let Obama socialists sneak back into office.
