Florida Think Tank Brings Former Mitt Romney Aide, Conservative Policy Expert On Board

The Foundation for Government Accountability (FGA) announced on Thursday that Josh Archambault will be joining the group as a senior fellow

Josh is a nationally renowned health and welfare specialist with a deep understanding of how to achieve smart, patient-centered public policies to keep people healthy, happy and on paths to better lives, FGA CEO Tarren Bragdon said on Thursday. Were excited to have him on board and look forward to featuring his original research and ideas for reform.

Archambault brings some impressive credentials to FGA. He was the director of the Center for Healthcare Solutions at the Pioneer Institute. and also worked for the Heritage Foundation. Archambault also has ties to leading Republicans. He served as legislative director when Scott Brown, who served in the U.S. Senate, was in the Massachusetts state Senate for Scott Brown. Archambault also worked as a senior legislative aide for Mitt Romney during his term as governor.

Archambault co-wrote The Great Experiment: The States, The Feds, and Your Healthcare which was published last year.
