Florida Professional Firefighters Back Adam Putnam

U.S. Rep. Adam Putnam, the Republican candidate to be Floridas next commissioner of agriculture and consumer services, just announced that his campaign was being backed by Florida Professional Firefighters, Inc., a group representing more than 22,000 Floridians.

The 500 delegates attending the Florida Professional Firefighters annual convention unanimously endorse Adam Putnam for commissioner of agriculture 2010, said FPF President and CEO Bob Carver. The FPF is honored to have worked with Adam during his years of service in the State Legislature and U.S. Congress, and we look forward to continuing our good working relationship in the future.

Florida firefighters and EMS personnel are a vital part of protecting Floridians' lives and property, said Putnam. Our state relies on their knowledge and dedication, and I am humbled to have their support.
