Firefighter Union Backs Dan Gelber for AG

The Florida Professional Firefighters, backed by the International Association of Firefighters and the AFL-CIO, endorsed Sen. Dan Gelber of Miami Beach, the Democratic candidate for attorney general, over Republican nominee Pam Bondi.

Having served as a top federal prosecutor and chief counsel and staff director for the U.S. Senates investigations committee, Dan knows what it takes to keep the public safe, said Gary Rainey, president of the organization. Dan has always fought for Floridas first responders in Tallahassee, and our 23,000 members are proud to endorse his candidacy for attorney general.
