Dinner for Four for Three Bucks, but the Company's a Catch

Its always good to have friends in high places.

I got an email from one such friend today (stop me if hes friended you, too. I dont think I could bear it.)

"Friend --

"I'll be going to a special event at George Clooney's house in a few weeks, and two grassroots supporters and their guests will join us.

"The only thing we've still got to figure out is whether two spots belong to you and your guest -- or somebody else and theirs.

"Once you decide who (sic) you're inviting to join you, we'll be all set. The campaign will take care of your airfare and hotel for you.

"Please pitch in $3 or whatever you can today, and keep your May 10th clear:

Hope to see you soon.

Barack"

It doesn't specify what kind of event it is, but I'm willing to bet if they're springing for airfare and a hotel, you can expect an aragula sandwich out of it worth at least three bucks.
