Diane Black Praises Rick Scott for Privacy Concerns From Obamacare
U.S. Rep. Diane Black, R-Tenn., praised Gov. Rick Scott for raising concerns about privacy resulting from navigators enrolling Americans into President Barack Obamas federal health-care law.
I commend Governor Scott for bringing attention to this important issue, said Black on Tuesday. The unprecedented access these Obamacare navigators will be given to Americans private records present staggering opportunities for fraud and abuse. With as little as 20 hours of training and no federal requirement for background checks, these individuals will gain access to Americans most sensitive personal information. This is reckless and why I have introduced legislation that would put a stop to this misuse of federal tax dollars.
Scotts team is forwarding Blacks comments.
