Deal Would Suspend Former Judge from Practicing Law for 90 Days

A former Orange-Osceola circuit judge, N. James Turner, removed from the bench by the Florida Supreme Court due to accusations of inappropriate behavior with female co-workers, has accepted a 90-day suspension of his right to practice law.
Terms of the agreement -- reached last month -- were made public Monday, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
Three weeks ago, he agreed with the Bar to a three-month suspension, according to pleadings, the Sentinel reported. The Bar is asking the court to approve the suspension. Turner is, as well, adding that he'd like the court to make a speedy decision.
