David Jolly Hits Obama's Handling of ISIS in New Web Video

U.S. Rep. David Jolly, R-Fla., running for the U.S. Senate in 2016, released a Web video in which he focused on foreign policy and the fight against Islamic State (ISIS) terrorism. 

Jolly slammed President Barack Obama’s handling of the Middle East in the video and called for using Special Forces against ISIS. Turning to the homefront, Jolly called for securing the border and more extensive background checks for immigrants.
