Craig Miller: Bill Nelson Spokesman 'Clearly Meant to Violate the Hatch Act'

Republican senatorial candidate Craig Miller joined the growing chorus criticizing Sen. Bill Nelson's use of office staff to jab fellow Sen. Marco Rubio.

Commenting on Sunshine State News' story about Nelson spokesman Dan McLaughlin alerting a Florida newspaper to an opinion poll on Rubio, Miller campaign spokesman Jon Miller said:

"It's not surprising that Senator Nelson and his spokesman clearly meant to violate the Hatch Act. I'm just wondering if Dan McLaughlin will be including a question related to ethics in his next pollof Senator Nelson."
