Conservative Activist Backs Sandy Adams Over John Mica

Conservative activist John Stemberger, best known for leading the Florida Family Policy Council, announced on Tuesday that he is backing U.S. Rep. Sandy Adams over U.S. Rep. John Mica in their Republican primary battle for a congressional seat in Central Florida.

I am proud to endorse Sandy Adams, said Stemberger. She is a principled conservative and exactly the type of leadership that social conservatives and the tea party supporters are looking for.

I am honored to receive John Stembergers endorsement, said Adams. Over the past 30 years, John has been a tireless advocate for life, marriage and family. His strong conservative principles led him to start the Florida Family Policy Council, which has been imperative in holding elected officials accountable.
