Connie Mack: Obama Should Stop Playing Golf and Making NCAA Picks
As he continues to ponder taking on Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson in 2012, Republican U.S. Rep. Connie Mack called out President Barack Osamas leadership on Thursday.
One day after the devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan, President Obama chose to play his 61st round of golf as president, said Mack. And yesterday, President Obamas priority was to fill-out and discuss his NCAA bracket with ESPN what type of message does that send to Libya, Japan, our troops in Afghanistan and our strategic allies. Its deeply disturbing that on his upcoming trip to Latin America, the president cannot find time to visit our allies Panama and Colombia with whom our relations are already strained due to the lack of action on the pending free-trade agreements.
