Congressional Hopefuls Hit the Florida Democratic Convention

The Florida Democratic Convention at Walt Disney World has featured a host of candidates running for Congress.

Former U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson, who lost to U.S. Rep. Dan Webster in 2010, was there with his supporters. So was former Orlando Police Chief Val Demings with her team.

Former state Rep. Keith Fitzgerald, who lost his Florida House seat to GOP candidate Ray Pilon in 2010, was also working the crowds at the convention as he plans to take onRepublican U.S. Rep. Vern Buchanan in 2010. Former West Palm Beach Mayor Lois Frankel, now looking to take on Republican U.S. Rep. Allen West, was in attendance. So was teacher Dave Lutrin who is running for one of Floridas two new congressional seats.
