Coming Friday! Sunshine State News' Presidential Preference Poll
In conjunction with Voter Survey Service (VSS) of Harrisburg, Pa., Sunshine State News will release survey results and analyses in Florida's two headliner races of the 2012 general election on Friday and Saturday -- the presidential race first and Florida's U.S. Senate race on the weekend.
With less than two weeks to go before voting day on Nov. 6, Democratic President Barack Obama and Republican former governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney are pulling out all the stops to win the Sunshine State.
Both polls of 1,001 Likely Florida voters were taken Oct 22-24 -- after all debates. Margin of error is +/- 3.1 percent.
VSS, a division of Susquehana Polling and Research Inc., is the same firm that in 2010 conducted some of the most accurate polls taken of races in the Florida primary and general election.
Here are the presidential survey results, which were released at 4 a.m. Friday.
