Coastal Florida PBA President Backs Craig Miller for Congress
Vince Champion, president of the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association, endorsed former Ruth's Chris CEO and Republican congressional candidate Craig Miller to take on Democratic U.S. Rep. Suzanne Kosmas.
"Having met each of the candidates running for the seat, I have come to the conclusion that you are the most qualified and most credentialed candidate running for this office," wrote Champion to Miller. "As a 22-year police officer, I personally know the detriment a poor economy can have on crime. I know it requires skilled leaders with real solutions to address our economic woes. Further, I know your business background and record of leadership during critical times is precisely what we need to fix the problems facing America today. I am proud to support your candidacy and look forward to working with you as Central Florida's next congressman."
"Vince Champion has dedicated his life to serving others, said Miller. He and his law enforcement brethren have my utmost respect, in that they put their lives on the line every day in the name of justice. Vince's endorsement means a lot to me, because he represents the embodiment of what is good and decent in the world today. Law enforcement can count on me to fight for them as they fight so hard for us."
