Carlos Lopez-Cantera Raises $460,000 in Third Quarter

Lieutenant Gov. and U.S. Senate hopeful Carlos Lopez-Cantera raised over $460,000 from individual donors during the third quarter, according to campaign finance reports. 

Lopez-Cantera announced he would be seeking U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio's seat in July. 

"We're building a powerful Florida fundraising network," said Lopez-Cantera's campaign manager Brian Swensen. "We're pleased with the level of support we've seen from Floridians across the state as they join our cause."

Swensen said the campaign has continued to see momentum in grassroots fundraising. 

"With our online donations kicking in to gear as more and more Floridians engage with CLC's message of concrete results and real reform vs. Washington's empty promises," Swensen said.
